BECOME VEGETERIAN?

Nowadays, doctors, television and everyone tell us that we must have to eat more healthily; to eat more organic and eco friendly food. It’s a fantastic idea, but we have problems when we want to do it.

Firstly, these kind of food are so difficult to find, and you can only find it in speciality shops and farm shops. Often we do not have time to travel looking in different shops.

Secondly these foods are a lot more expensive because the fruits and vegetables are more difficult to grow without chemicals to protect them from insects. To have organic meat the animals must live in better (more expensive) conditions.

Supermarkets tell us that they keep a lot more natural, eco friendly products; but are they really healthier? For example, if you look at some healthy products you can see: 0% fat, but when you look at the other ingredients, you can see that they are 80% sugar, 15% colorants added, with a lot of preservatives, and a lot of more non-healthy additives.
Another example: when in a product there are written: “100% chicken”. 100% real chicken? And when we can find a not real chicken? With things like that makes you want to become vegetarian, but it’s too difficult.
